PENNY STOCK COMPANIES
Many stockbrokers have a difficult time differentiating between the fraudulent penny stock companies and the ones that will actually make you some money. Although, it may be easy for someone to make a quick $20 on their stock, who is to say that you can’t do the same purchasing the higher end regulated stock? However, there are a few penny stock companies worth discussing and paying attention to, according to several brokers. One of those favorite companies is Panacos Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology company specializing in finding a cure for and treating HIV.
Most of the penny stock companies haven’t accomplished gaining too much investor support. But, there is one company that has quite a bit of attention and that is Panacos Pharmaceuticals. Last year, the company’s top drug tablet, Berivimat, failed during the clinical trial, which caused the shares to suffer dropping in value. Since then, they have developed a liquid form of the tablet that is proving to be a viable alternative for an HIV drug. Many investors have ranked Panacos high and say that the company will outperform the market and do very well.
There is a lot of speculation that the liquid form of Berivimat will do well in the market because it is believed that people favor a tablet or capsule over a liquid form. Panacos says the Berivimat is the next best thing to a viable tablet and they may be right.
Although Panacos Pharmaceuticals might seem like a good bet down the line when they finally get their drug approved and through Phase II of the clinical trials, they are still a risk. Investing in penny stock companies is risky and some people like to dump all of their money into them.
One of the most talked about of the penny stock companies is Panacos. They seem to be on the verge of a new breakthrough, but investors are on the fence with what to do because their tablet or pill has been reintroduced as a liquid formation. It is assumed that the preference with patients will be a tablet and Panacos hasn’t been successful with coming out with the tablet form yet. Some say in the future Panacos will be a sure bet.
